That the user knows how to reset the Stamping portal password.

Resetting the Stamping portal password

Enter the site https://solucionfactible.com/timbrado/login.jsp. To start the process, click on the option "¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?".

When you click on this option, the system will ask you for the email address registered for your user account. Then, press the "Enviar solicitud" button. You will receive an email with a link to continue the process.

Then, log in to your email account (user account) and look for a new email from service@solucionfactible.com with the password reset link.

Click on the link, which will open a new window where you can enter your new password. Enter it, and when you're done, press the "Restablecer". button.

Note: Enter a new password that includes special characters (#$%;.:-_,), numbers, and uppercase and lowercase letters. The minimum password length must be 8 characters.

If the password reset was successful, the system will confirm the change as shown in the image:

Otherwise, repeat the entire procedure again.
