Lesson Objective

Let the user know how to obtain the "Confirmation" key for stamping CFDI 3.3 with amounts outside the established range.

Generate a confirmation key

Attribute: "Confirmacion".- Conditional attribute to record the confirmation key provided by the PAC to issue the receipt for large amounts, with an exchange rate outside the established range, or both. It is required when recording an exchange rate or total outside the established range.
Cases:

For CFDI
• (Financial Digest) If the receipt amount is greater than 100 million (100,000,000.01 and up).
• If the exchange rate is different from the SAT range.

 

For Payment Reception Supplement
• If the amount of the supplement is greater than 20 million (20'000,000.01 onwards).
• If the exchange rate is different from the SAT range.

Log in to your doorbell panel as usual. Use the following link: https://solucionfactible.com/timbrado/login.jsp

Go to the "CFDI" tab and click on the "Confirmaciones CFDI" option located in the "Acciones" menu.

Below you will find the "Solicitud de comprobantes" section where you can view the search panel for "Pendientes", "Usadas", and "Expedidas" keys.

• Pendiente. The confirmation key request was generated, but the confirmation key is pending authorization by the user.
• Expedida. The confirmation key was generated but has not been used to stamp any CFDI.
• Usada. The confirmation key has already been used to stamp a CFDI.

Click the "Buscar" button to retrieve the keys that need to be generated.

The system will show you the receipts you attempted to stamp but were rejected due to a missing confirmation key.

Click the "Autorizar" option on the receipt of your choice.

The system will then ask you to confirm the password request.

Click the "Autorizar" button to generate the confirmation key.

The system will show you the key generated for said receipt, this will be the one you enter in the "Confirmación" attribute of CFDI 3.3
