Create a price list

To perform this action, you must first log into the system as indicated in lesson ID-101.1

Go to the "Price Lists" module.

The lists already created will be displayed. Every implementation has the "Lista base" by default, which is always used unless another one is specified.

On the first tab, the only required value is the Nombre (Name).

In the "Productos" tab you can modify the price of each item you require.

The system will show you all registered products; if you wish, you can search by name or code.

Once you've selected the product you want to change, you can do so in two ways. To the right of the "Precio base" field are the "Modificado" and "Factor" fields. You must use one or the other. If you use the "Modificado" field, the value should be the new price you want to give the product.

In this example, you can see that the final price is displayed in the "Propuesto" field.

If you use the "Factor" value, it must be a percentage. In this example, the value ".5" is taken as 50%. And the "Propuesto" field will show the price adjusted to the percentage rate.

Furthermore, you can change multiple prices without having to search for each product separately. If you delete the product from the "Código" or "Nombre" field and choose to display multiple products in the window, you can change the prices right there.

The "Clientes" tab will display those clients to whom this new list will apply. If no clients are assigned, the default list will include all clients.

You also have the option to search by customer name or by their RFC.

Assigned clients or Clientes:

On the "Mayoreo" tab, you can assign prices for a product based on the number of units to be sold. You can assign different prices for other quantities, so you should search for a product by its Código or Nombre.

All fields are required. The "Factor" field value is a percentage and is applied to the base price. After entering this value, you will see that the "Precio final" field value updates automatically. If you wish to add a new price for a different volume, click the "Validar" button.

The system will validate that the limits do not overlap. If the values ​​are correct, an additional line will be added to enter new quantities and prices. You can enter new quantities indefinitely. If any limits overlap, clicking "Validar" will display an error.

In the "Notas" tab, you can add any annotations you deem necessary. When finished, click the "Guardar" button.

Finally, the system will display the data from the new list.
